Eggs are one of the high-risk foods when it comes to allergies especially in children. Egg allergies are usually caused by the proteins in eggs so it can be difficult to figure out just which one is the culprit. Peanut allergies occur when a person’s body has an adverse reaction to peanuts or peanut-containing products. A person’s immune system tries to fight off the peanut as it does not recognize it as a substance that is harmless. The scary thing about peanut allergies is that it is the most common cause of life-threatening allergic reactions. This is a very serious and dangerous allergy and should be treated carefully. Those who suffer from peanut allergies need to be vigilant about the types of foods that they eat.
Symptoms range from moderate to severe, but in either case, they should be treated immediately. A person can suffer from itching, swelling, nausea or abdominal cramps. However, it can get worse than that, much worse.

Fish allergy manifests itself when individuals have a negative medical reaction to certain proteins in fish. Many people are allergic to the types of fish that are generally consumed by others; such as cod, Pollock, salmon, tuna, and snapper.
